PLEASE return the car in the condition it was given to you. The interior of the vehicle should be free of trash and stains. My vehicles are cleaned, sanitized, and provided with a full tank before each rental. I request that the vehicle be returned washed, vacuumed (unless you add the post-trip cleaning), stain-free, and with a full tank of gas when returned. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR PETS. There will be a fee of up to $250 charged if there is any evidence of smoking in the vehicle, pet hair, or any combination of cleaning required. Vehicle should be returned with a full tank of gas at the end of your trip, unless post trip fuel is purchased at booking. Fuel charge will apply for less than full level and a reimbursement will be requested within 72 hours after the end of your trip. Late pickup/return: If you pick up the vehicle late please let me know you're running behind. However picking up late DOES NOT mean you can return the car late. Late returns are NOT acceptable. The car is due back no later than the listed Turo time. This is to protect you, as insurance is only covered during the rental periods. If you're running behind, please modify the trip through Turo to avoid late fees.
