The van was in great condition and easy to pick up and drop off. I would definitely work with Charles to rent again.

Charles was absolutely excellent. Professional in every way. Great communication and very accommodating. I had a terrible day of travel but Charles was right on the money. The van was in perfect condition. And was a great option for driving around Chicago. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with him again!

Awesome van. Room for all eight of us. Plenty of room for storage. We were able to get over 22MPG. Host was great. Car was waiting for us in hourly parking with a full tank of gas. We had to extend our trip by a few hours and it was not an issue at all.
