Had a great experience from start to finish!
We had chosen the dropoff option and the car was dropped well ahead of time, ready to go. The car was clean and well maintained. When a warning light showed up in the middle of the trip, Uzair and Syed promptly got AA to get in touch and check out the issue.
The car is a pleasure to handle at speed and has very good mileage. Just pack carefully if you have 7 people in the car because the boot space is optimized.

The car is quite old, phone mount was loose, cruise control doesn’t work and it shakes even at the speed of 40. Overall it was an okayish experience with car, host was responsive. If you have a better option, I would personally recommend to go for that.

Cruise control does work. I've just driven it today with cruise control . You drove it to hilly areas in Scotland and you even messaged me right at the end of your trip that everything was really smooth and you had a great time. In terms of age, you knew the car was a 2017 model when you booked it. You had literally zero inconvenience throughout your whole trip. If anything you have caused me a lot of inconvenience because of the filth you returned my car in. I have already complained to Turo.
