What is the ULEZ Charge? (important)
*****My cars are all ULEZ compliant so you will NOT need to pay this charge**** The Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) operates 24 hours a day and it is a DAILY charge of £12.50 per day and the area covers the whole of London. Also certain cities in UK Also operate the clean Air zone so always check when going into these cities if the car you are renting has to be ULEZ compliant *****So before renting any car check that it is ULEZ compliant*****
How does the process of car delivery and pickup at the airport operate?
Please note that every Turo host may have a different process, but here’s how mine works: For Delivery of the car to you: Once you've collected your luggage at the airport, simply message me. I'll then provide details on where to meet me in the car park, where I'll deliver the car to you. For Drop-off: The day before your scheduled drop-off, I'll reach out to confirm your estimated arrival time (ETA) and terminal. Based on that information, I'll let you know where in the car park to drive to, and I'll meet you there. On the day of the drop-off, I'll message you to confirm your ETA and ask you to notify me 30 minutes before your arrival at the airport.

Host provided excellent service with the delivery and pickup of vehicle. The morning after returning the car, my husband thought he may have left his passport in the car. At 6:30 am Murad volunteered to come by the hotel just so my husband could search the car himself. Unfortunately, the passport was not found but it gave my husband peace of mind knowing it was not in the car. Murad is an excellent host and we thank him for the extra effort in bringing the car back for us to search!
