  Yes You can Android users can take phone calls and send text messages using the Android system with drivers able to use Google’s own voice recognition software in order to send a message without having to take their eyes off the road ahead. Android Auto users can enjoy using Google Maps to help reach their destination with live traffic updates There are various music apps that can be used with Android Auto such as Amazon Music, Spotify, Wave and YouTube Music. These can all be accessed through the car’s in-built touchscreen for easy access to a near-unlimited choice of music. I Can provide the USB C cable to connect to Android Auto

• Can I Use Apple Carplay?

  Yes you can The car supports Apple CarPlay that lets you access your iPhone apps like iTunes, Google Maps, Waze and Spotify through the infotainment screen of your vehicle. You can also make phone calls, send messages or use navigation with voice commands using Siri. Note you will need the original USB cable for your iphone

• Can I have the Car delivered and picked up anywhere in London?

  Yes we can arrange that , if your location is not listed , please let me know and I will add it after the booking, you can modify the delivery . the charge is £60 for delivery and £60 for pickup total £120. There is no charge for delivery and pickup for rentals over 2 weeks

• Can I cancel my booking?

  Guests may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before their trip starts, please look at the link below on Turo cancellation policy https://turo.com/gb/en/policies/cancellation

• Can I have different location for pickup and delivery ?

  Yes you can You’re not able to set one location for pickup and a different location for return when you book your trip. But once the trip is booked, you can request to change your pickup or drop off location. Once the trip is in progress you can still request to change the return location. • How do I return cars out of hours?

  There are times when you want to return the car when we are not availaible , in that case just park the car at the home location and take pictures through the app and drop the key through the letter box

• What is the ULEZ Charge? (important)

  *****My cars are all ULEZ compliant so you will NOT need to pay this charge**** The Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) operates 24 hours a day and it is a DAILY charge of £12.50 per day and the area covers the whole of London. Also certain cities in UK Also operate the clean Air zone so always check when going into these cities if the car you are renting has to be ULEZ compliant *****So before renting any car check that it is ULEZ compliant*****

• How does the process of car delivery and pickup at the airport operate?

  Please note that every Turo host may have a different process, but here’s how mine works: For Delivery of the car to you: Once you've collected your luggage at the airport, simply message me. I'll then provide details on where to meet me in the car park, where I'll deliver the car to you. For Drop-off: The day before your scheduled drop-off, I'll reach out to confirm your estimated arrival time (ETA) and terminal. Based on that information, I'll let you know where in the car park to drive to, and I'll meet you there. On the day of the drop-off, I'll message you to confirm your ETA and ask you to notify me 30 minutes before your arrival at the airport.
