No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and vaping devices. Violation of this rule will result in cleaning fees. No Pets: Pets are not allowed inside the vehicle unless prior approval is obtained. If approved, renters must use appropriate pet carriers or protective covers to prevent damage to the interior. Return Clean: Return the vehicle in the same clean condition as when you picked it up. This includes removing all trash, food crumbs, and personal belongings. Cleaning fees may apply if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty. Fuel Refill: Refill the fuel tank to the same level as when the rental started. Use the fuel type specified for the vehicle (typically unleaded gasoline for a Hybrid Sienna). A refueling fee will be charged if the tank is not returned at the same level. Safe Driving: Drive responsibly and obey all traffic laws and regulations. Any traffic violations, accidents, or damage to the vehicle must be reported immediately. Maintenance Issues: Report any mechanical issues, warning lights, or abnormalities with the vehicle during the rental period. Do not attempt any repairs or modifications without prior authorization. Toll Roads and Parking Tickets: Pay any tolls or parking fees incurred during the rental period. Renters are responsible for any fines or penalties resulting from traffic or parking violations. Key Return: Return keys provided with the vehicle at the end of the rental period. Lost or damaged keys may result in replacement fees. Late Return: Return the vehicle on time as agreed upon in the rental agreement. Late returns may incur additional fees unless prior arrangements are made.
