Document the incident with photos and provide all relevant information. 9. Key & Security Key: Do not lose or damage the key. A replacement fee will apply if the key is lost. • Does the car have to be returned with fuel? What about cleaning?

  Gas tanks are to be returned with the same level of fuel as received. Guests aren’t expected to disinfect the car upon return, though if you return the car in a condition that requires moderate, heavy, or severe cleaning you may be charged a cleaning fee. To avoid fees, vacuum up excessive dirt, sand, or crumbs, wipe up any sticky spots or spills, and check the exterior for any significant dirt or mud that may need to be washed off. The option for post-trip cleaning does not include stains, stubborn pet hairs, or odors. Additional but fair charges will apply on top of post-trip cleaning.

  We Open 24H X 7 Days. You can pick up and drop off any time with your self-service instructions. Airport delivery service time is between 9 am-9 pm. If your airplane is delayed, Don't worry. following your self-service instruction pick up any time.

• How could I Pick up the car?

  We will send you pick-up instructions before your trip starts. If you are coming from the airport we strongly recommend taking a taxi to come to our location ($20). Airport delivery cost $100.
