Pick up was excellent, worked with our family upon arrival and came straight to us. Van was great entire trip, no issues. Drop off was simple and was very flexible with our flight delay. Overall great experience, highly recommend.

I would give 5 stars, but we didn't have music in the car on our first day because there was no Aux cable. Therefore, we had to go the next day to buy one. Also, there was a sound that the car would make every time we locked the doors, which was scary at the beginning, not knowing if there was something wrong with the car. I was scared. Picking up the car was easy. Dropping the car was also easy.
I think when picking up the car it would be nice to have the person give us the key, like that we can address in person the defects of the car prior driving, same when dropping the car just to make sure that all is inspected in front of us.
