The owner did an amazing job preparing the car and made the whole process as painless as humanly possible. This Model Y is very well maintained with access to the auto-steering feature which is very convenient for long distance driving. Great communication all through. Great van. Beautiful inside and out. Perfect for what we needed. Make sure you document the condition of the vehicle, mileage and gas well. The owner did try to say I did some damage and didn’t fuel the vehicle but I posted pictures and videos of the vehicle on Turo platform that could not be denied that I had not done any damage and that I had returned the vehicle with full gas. As always when renting in Turo over check a vehicle. Take videos and document anything you see. It protects you and helps the owners sometimes.

Car is brand new and in excellent condition. It drives amazingly well and we took it for a long drive. Host is extremely accommodating and very nice to deal with.
This was by far the best ride I have had on Turo. Wei was a great host. The car was clean and ready for pickup and it was well maintained. The ride for 10 of us was smooth in Wei’s vehicle. Wei is very responsive and the entire process from pickup to dropoff was very smooth.
