I was cross shopping performance EVs to replace my old Nissan Leaf and it came down to a Model 3 Performance and a Polestar 2 DM Performance. I had already rented an M3P a few weeks back and came away fairly impressed…until I drove Gabriel’s P2. Let’s just say that my one day rental ended with a drive to South Coast Plaza to visit the Polestar space. They’ll be dropping off my P2 next week, this car is that good. I’ll leave the rest of my feelings about the car to your imagination as I’m hoping it’ll nudge you into wanting to take Gabriel’s car for a spin yourself. The pickup and drop off were both seamless, just plan for an extra 10-15 min of travel time because there’s a busy school on the way to the pickup/drop off location. Gabriel is very knowledgeable about his car and EVs in general, not too big of a deal for me and my wife as we’re already a two EV household, but great for first timers who are new to driving electric. His car was clean, came prepped with USB cords for CarPlay/AA so that you don’t need to provide your own and he has a Chargepoint fob in the car if you plan or need to charge in public at Chargepoint stations and don’t already have an account which is nice as they’re one of the most prevalent L2 and DCFC providers. In short, if you wanna sample a performance EV that drives like a sport sedan from an owner that’s accessible and knowledgeable, check out Gabriel’s P2, you won’t be disappointed. Just get your bank account ready for the inevitable purchase that’ll follow, this car is that good. Mahalo again to Gabriel for the 24 hour test drive…even if I only needed 30 minutes to make up my mind.

The whole process was extremely convenient from start to finish. The car was dropped off on time, early actually, which Kevin cleared with me the day prior. The Jeep was clean and practically brand new. It was a lot of fun to drive and looks great! Would definitely rent with Kevin again in the future.

HAAS’s Toyota Supra was a fun and great car to drive. As my first experience on Turo, HAAS was very communicative, on time with the delivery and the vehicle alone was very clean. I would definitely recommend anyone who needs a rental to go to HAAS.
