Amazing!! I’m a regional manager for a dental company where we pride ourselves on the importance of customer service and Michael goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy! Absolutely exceeds expectations!! First, Michael is GREAT!! Communication is easy! Immediate responses any time you message him. I was traveling from the Bay Area to pick up the jeep and traffic put me behind. Michael kindly waited, didn’t rush me and allowed me to safely navigate traffic without the pressure of being 20 minutes late. When I arrived he greeted me with a friendly smile and a water bottle!! The Jeep… Amazing ride!!! I went to Lake Tahoe and drove through a very rough storm. Thick snow, chains required, and the Jeep handled it like I was driving on a new freshly paved road. The return- I decided it was best I cut my trip a day early because a second large storm was coming in and I wanted to avoid major traffic or even worse, road closures and not being able to make it home. Sent a quick message to Michael, immediate response! He was very understanding and made easy arrangements for a new drop off time. This was my first Turo experience and I will 100% be using Turo again. I will also 100% rent Michael’s beautiful Jeep again for my next trip to Tahoe!! Thanks Michael!!!

The Jeep was great all around. Fun and smooth ride that could handle the elements of Lake Tahoe with ease. Communication with Michael was super easy. There were some changes to our pickup/drop off times but he was always available and open to adjust. Would absolutely love to do business with Michael again and take “Big Red” on another trip. Side note: I did receive a warning for leaving my vehicle overnight at the pickup point. If you plan on leaving your personal vehicle, I would suggest parking in the residential area.

This is 2nd time I rented from Michael, this jeep was nicer then grayish black one as far as what was included inside the jeep as far as driving. The jeep was awesome & cost little more because of what it offered. I like renting from him he is a real nice guy & responds to messages in timely manner & I was able to return jeep little earlier then I scheduled it. I will rent from him again. My only concern,, he had an app on our location & every where we went while using his jeep

Michael is the reason I would love to rent his Jeep again. Not only is he kind and very detailed about his vehicle, he is knowledgeable about the area including tacos at midnight! I hope you will consider booking his Jeep regardless of distance because this is fully loaded with a sliding roof to die for even if it’s 40 degrees outside but sunny.

Beautiful jeep!! Immaculate inside and out. Easy drop off and pick up. We rented for a few days to go to Yosemite. The roll back top was perfect to look up and see the tops of the mountains.

Second time I rented in a week. That should give you some inclination as to the friendliness and quality of the vehicles in his fleet. The Jeep is so fun to drive! I took it up to South Lake Tahoe and it was great to have the top open and windows down in the fresh mountain air! I had this Beast for 2 weeks and now I miss it!
