Suresh was awesome. He was super accommodating and kind. We requested his car last minute because our own car needed repair and I needed to be able to get to work. He was willing to let us reserve his car and when our mechanic had to keep our car even longer than expected, Suresh was able to extend our rental. On top of that, when returning his car, he went above and beyond and offered to drive us back home (since we were 5 min away and without a second car). Would definitely book again!

The driver of the car I originally booked had to cancel at the last minute, and I had a lot of trouble getting a booking for a new car on such short notice. Purnima accepted my request and responded to my messages promptly. She had the car ready within 2 hours and it was washed and very clean with a full charge and full tank of gas. We got a flat tire on our drive and Purnima was very communicative and helpful throughout the process of getting it fixed. She checked in again a few days later to make sure everything was still going well. We left a handicap placard in the vehicle when dropping off and she was super flexible with me to get it back. I would rent through Purnima again in the future! This car was also a great choice, tons of cargo space and it was a hybrid with AWD so it got great mileage and drove well on our trip to Tahoe.

The car was great and Bret’s communication and response time was excellent. We realized the car was low on AC refrigerant after picking it up, but after working with Bret on a solve it ultimately didn’t impact our trip.
