Sagar seems like a nice guy but my experience was challenging. I gave him 3 Stars because I’m a nice guy too. The car was dirty upon arrival both inside and out. Some of his personal belongings (Umbrella etc) were still in the car scattered everywhere. Secondly, the tabs were expired and I didn’t notice until it was too late. I called Sagar to inform him & he apologized. I asked what he could do from a customer service standpoint and he responded absolutely nothing. Wow... I am a business owner and wouldn’t fathom not extending some kind of discount or extended miles to ensure my customer was happy so as to gain a happy repeat customer. We then engaged in Sagar texting me all of the reasons he couldn’t accommodate me. I wasn’t looking for anything major mainly wanted Sagar to acknowledge he put me at risk to get a ticket and he should’ve cleaned his car out to make it more presentable to his customers. I said all of that to say I am going back to Enterprise for my future car rental needs, at least they have adequate customer service.

Hi Paul, As you know this is peak time of COVID and yes I didn’t clean my car and I made you aware that my car is little dirty and told you I have umbrella inside my car in case it rains as I am scared to go clean it up. Also I went camping when you text me and I made you aware of that as well. Secondly, about the tab which was renewed as soon as you told me and since this is rental car you won’t be responsible if you were pulled over. Also I have you deal to go over 100 miles because of this.

Great little car for a weekend in the PNW. Great on gas mileage too Sagar was very kind and made pick up and a drop off a breeze. Highly recommended.
