Although not born in Texas, Keith got here as quickly as possible, and is extremely proud to call DFW home for 38 years. Keith likes cars, especially hot-rods & classics. He likes Harley-Davidson and other American-made motorcycles, all things mechanical, and is an amateur drummer. After working as an IT Professional and running a small computer business for 21 years, Keith decided to retire early.
He started to supplement his meager retirement income with ridesharing (Uber & Lyft) when it was more profitable. His involvement with transportation eventually expanded to include a personal auto-renting business with Turo. After a successful beginning renting out one car, then renting out his Uber car, he expanded to 3 cars, and as of July 2019, 4 cars in the "Turo Fleet" - generally aimed at different audiences.
Since the 2 rideshare-compatible cars are often rented out on weekends, he does little rideshare driving anymore, choosing instead to focus most of his business energy on the personal vehicle rental business (Turo). He also performs other transportation functions.
Keith is a big-time perfectionist, and to him it is all about Customer Service. It's a service business, so if you're not giving good service, then maybe it's not for you.
