We have a 5 Star Rating and Excellent reviews but unfortunately they won't show up on this new Turo Account. This was by far the worst car rental experience I ever had in my life. Hear me out, I drive 2017 Mustang, I always wanted to rent a Vintage car -1964 mustang for special occasion and enjoy it for a day. When I saw the pictures while booking I was very excited and booked the car but it was worst experience ever. I paid 320$ for 24hrs to enjoy my special day to drive around the city and to the beach with my friends but I was so disappointed. Issue 1: I’m 5.3 and the seat was not reaching forward, I was not able to reach to breaks or accelerator properly , he said it cant GO any further than that, and worst part is BREAKS which has worst breaking system, with the seat not going any further and with my height, I had to push so hard to stop the car. When asked about drivers seat and breaks he gave me a rude answer saying “your height is not my problem”. He didn’t mention about the seat or breaks anywhere in the ad. Issue 2: I was not aware of not taking pets in the car, which was my mistake and I agreed to that. He said that he will charge $99 for cleaning dogs hair. I was fine with it as it was my mistake. But when i checked, he charged me $250 extra for cleaning which is way more than what we agreed on which was $99. I had to deal with Turo customer service for extra fee he charged me. Please don’t be fooled by pictures. The car was missing the most important and basic car safety features - proper BREAKS and not able to adjust drivers seat.

Wow, this review is full of inaccurate statements and as you can see all the other reviews below on this 65 Mustang are Excellent. Just like in any business - there will always be a customer or guest that abuses and try’s to take advantage of the business owner. I will post text screen shots on the pictures part of the car of her and my text as this will only allow me 500 letters. This car Passed a Saftey check 24hrs after the trip per Turo because this guest filed a fraudulent claim.

Edward made this experience as painless and easy as possible! The car was clean and we had so much fun with it! He sent us videos on how to work everything on the car and very detailed instructions for pick up and drop off! Such an awesome experience!
