-5 stars. We spent the first hour cleaning and detailing the inside AND outside of the car. The car wash was $7. Materials paid for cleaning the inside totaled $5. When we first went to get the car, we spent the first ten minutes helping the guy kill roaches in the car. After leaving the car wash and going to visit a family member’s house a couple of counties over, the car began to shake substantially. At 70 mph, the car began to decelerate as we applied pressure to the accelerator in order to keep up with the flow of traffic. This was a nightmare experience. We had to take the car back THE SAME DAY. Initially had two more days left on the rental.

We have evidence the car was cleaned and sanitized. Customer wash additionally on their own. We have photos to show it. That's why customer was upset they got caught in lie. Also the customer was speeding over 70 miles an hour. This is not a Bentley it's a 11 Nissan Versa.

I did not pick up the car until 3:56 and wanted to drop it off the same time the next day but was told I could not. I was told I had to bring it back for the time reserved, I felt that was a bit inconvenient. But otherwise it was a great car.

Avoid him to rent your cars to This person.He is saying he has 30 cars too but he doesn’t know what does auto(start/stop) is mean and plus he was asking me where is key how close doors but he was driving he doesn’t know more cars right know keyless.He called Turo and gave have him false information engine is turning on off its mechanical issue.My car is brand new I got 3 month ago.No any problem.From the beginning he tried to get everything almost free was asking more mileage free delivery and etc.When he txted me about auto start stop I told him if you want you can use Icon A and you can turn off.If u care about your business avoid rent your cars to him .

It’s hard for me to give Don 2 stars cause he is a nice, happy fellow, and to top off a Turo host with a fleet of cars My initial contact when he reserved my Mercedes cla250 for 5 days was a negotiation. He asked for an additional 50 miles on top of the 100 per day (which I agreed to 25 and free cleaning) He also took advantage of the free airport delivery which is fine Asked for the parking passes at hotel that I offer and agreed When he arrived I picked him up, he is warm,welcoming and nice Lifted him to the where the car was for him and he said he’s got it from here, great! Getting to where I was rubbed a little wrong and rental went downhill. I get a call say that the car bumper has been damaged in front and repairs. ...Ok? So what. It’s a rental car and things happen. It’s been repaired. Thanks for informing me. I get a phone call at almost midnight a couple days later saying that the parking pass isn’t working, which I understand it’s frustrating thinking you’re getting something that isn’t working. I offered him to pick up a new one cause possibly the strip on the card has been demagnetized which happens and out of my control He also mentions he wants to return the car early cause the engine keeps shutting off? 😂 I couldn’t believe I was dealing with a host who rents 30 cars and didn’t understand the “auto start/stop technology” I explained to him it’s a feature where the engine will kick off when at a stop to conserve gas and can be turned off with a push of a button on the console it seemed he wasn’t happy and requested shorten the trip early Bottom line I wouldn’t rent a sophisticated or technology advanced vehicle to Don. Especially if he’s requesting extras and benefits. Too much of a hassle at a $59 daily rate I’d rent a basic car like a Toyota camry or corolla where it’s simple. Keep it simple and basic
