Great host and great van. The van is in excellent condition and the host met us at the curb within minutes of our call. Return was also extremely easy.

Host was very responsive, polite, flexible with timing, and helped explain how the car and controls work. Car was clean and drove well. Had plenty of room to seat 8 and store luggage. Everything about the pickup and rental period was excellent. Did have an issue upon return. After I refueled on the way to return the car, the fuel door would not close all the way. Somehow the hinge had disconnected. I pointed this out when I returned the car. I knew I wasn't rough with the fuel door and couldn't have caused the damage, but I was willing to pay the repair costs since it happened during my rental. Then I did some research and discovered this is a common problem with 2011-2018 Siennas, as documented in many online forums & message boards. I didn't get the sense the host would let me off the hook based on message boards alone; fortunately, there is a class action settlement with Toyota to repair this exact issue at no cost. Had I not done the research- and more importantly, had there not been a class action settlement- I'm sure I would have been expected to pay the repair costs. I don't know how to avoid this scenario in the future; if a host thinks a mechanical failure is your fault, it could be tough to prove otherwise. Aside from this issue, I was happy with the rest of the experience.
