Wow, what a ride. We went to Cape Cod for the day. Awesome experience, Marcelo made everything smooth, the car is in great shape, handles well. I’m seeing next time I am in Boston!

Let’s start with the good. The car got us where we needed to go and it got us back. (Toyota Camry) In my brief conversation with Marcelo, he seemed pleasant and helpful. No the “not so good” or maybe “needs improvement” category. 1. The key was not where we were told it would be upon pick up. After reaching out to Turo and Marcelo, we finally we able to locate the key after a twenty minute delay. 2 The car needs a LOT of maintenance. I’m not a mechanic but I’ve been around the block a time or two. The tires need to be replaced NOW. Or really, several months ago. The tires are bald and we had to put air in one of them as there appears to be a slow leak. 3. There is an issue with the front axel. I believe a tie-rod may be broken. There is a lot of popping and cracking sounds coming from the front of the car when turns are made and small bumps are encountered. (Speed bumps, etc) 4. There is a loose belt, or two. The car has a loud whistling sound when you accelerate from a parked position. 5. The brakes are touchy. But they do work. Just takes a while to get used to them. 6. The remote key is held together by tape. Time to replace. 7. The gas tank was only 3/4 full when we picked it up. We returned it full. Other than that, the car was fine. Like I said, it got us to where we were going and then back. We had the car for a little over a week. Gas mileage was good. Much better than my suv back home.
