Such a great experience! Pickup and return was easy. Really appreciate the tutorial and introduction to the car. The best driving experience I've ever had, hands down. Only regret is that I want to go out and buy one now!

This car had significant issues and should not be in service. The owner has confirmed they are working with Tesla on getting a replacement vehicle. I was nearly stranded with two 70 year olds and a young child on the side of the interstate on a 100 degree day on the way home from interring my grandmothers ashes when the cars range was proven to be woefully incorrect by over 40%. The owner failed to include adapters to be able to use 3rd party chargers and we were forced to track down a local doctor who owned a Tesla to be able to get home. Extending our trip on an already difficult day by over 5 hours.

Mark's response

The car manufacturer performed diagnostics on the car and confirmed that the issue was not due to any mechanical issue, but rather a result of user error. In the vast majority of cases, using chargers outside of the Tesla supercharger network does not occur, and does not warrant the purchase of expensive adapters for a tiny fraction of the charging infrastructure in the United States. Several adapters were included which cover non-Tesla chargers including J1772 (the most common), 110v and 220v.
