I agree with the 5-star reviews. Nick was friendly, professional and responsive, within minutes of messaging. The Tesla X was well maintained and a pleasure to drive and had ample space for our group/party. I was worried given COVID, but Nick made sure to wipe down surfaces before our trip. Car was ready and waiting, the whole process was seamless. No doubt a super-host. Had an amazing time, will definitely contact Nick again next time I’m in town.

I am rating this trip experience with 2 stars, and not 1 because the owner responds very quickly. However, we had difficulties with the car and our overall Colorado trip was tainted because: 1. Due to the the battery having poor charge up - we had to recharge numerous times. And the way the charging grid infrastructure is dispersed in Colorado and with the need to charge more often than we expected we had to undergo significant difficulties getting to charging stations (driving slow and slowing down the traffic, we even received a ticket from police for that). Due to the need to drive to charging station more than we expected there were extra miles driven on the car and we got charged extra at the end. We think it is not fair to be charged for something that happened because of the card not being in proper condition although the owner claimed the battery is bigger and etc. 2. The technical condition of the vehicle was not in proper state. The trunk door was not operating properly, and the passenger door wouldn't close as it should (problems with electronics within the door). 3. The AC wouldn't properly cool down when the car was fully occupied by passengers. We had to manually set the MAX cold to get it to cool the air inside the car. I wouldn't recommend anyone to rent this car.

Shamefully childish response... (1) Tesla’s have clearly stated battery capacity, as do all electric cars, and it’s a learning curve but one that can be quickly gleaned. We could only state enough ahead of time that back roads require slow charging. (2) didn’t blame you when half way into a 2.5wk trip the door starting catching. To blame us for this given you recurved it in working order is insane. Service appt is set. (3) car set to “range mode” per renter’s request as mileage was required.
