Making the reservations was easy and the owners kept me well informed with the process and the pickup. But hours before my arrival into Denver they informed me that there was a mix up and the Nissan Armada was not available to rent. They offered to rent me a 7passenger, fully loaded, van for the same price. I specifically booked the Armada because I needed 8 seats. The owner was very apologetic and said, if I really needed an 8 passenger vehicle one should be available the day after my arrival. So upon my arrival to DEN, the pickup of the 7 passenger Chrysler Pacifica was easy. A few hours into our trip, although the Pacifica was really nice, I realized I really needed a vehicle with one more seat. So I informed the owner and he understood. After a few hour they came back and offered me 8 passenger van and also a discount because it rented for less. He told me that they had vehicles missing and 2 vans got into accidents. Although it was an inconvenience to back to the park-n-fly to get the other van and a bit frustrating, I do very much appreciate the owners trying their hardest to fulfill my request. The van we ended up with didn’t have all the “bells and whistles” but it fit all of us… 3 car seats and 5 adults.

The check engine light was on from the start. The interior isn't in great shape and was filled with food crumbs. The tailgate didn't open (she says she is having that fixed). It smelled a little like cigarette smoke. The owner didn't get back to us about any of the concerns until the end of the trip. The parking cost when picking it up was $60 (instead of the $19 max as promised), but she did reimburse me for the difference.
