Since the fares have decreased so much, it's not really worth it anymore. Now I am stuck with paying off this $14000 car! So glad I found out about TURO! I am conveniently located in the heart of Los Angeles close to the corner of Wilshire and Western Ave. Right across the street from the Metro Purple Line. I can deliver you back to your destination after you drop off the car.

Very nice guy but kept us waiting when we dropped the car off. The a/c also did not work and it was one of the hottest days in LA thus far this year. He also made it slightly difficult to book since I was asking for a 9:30 pick up time and he wanted to change it to 10:45. He text me after midnight to so this and I became really frustrated because I couldn't change the time via the app. I had to physically call customer service. Then contact Roy back to have him change his settings. Still didn't work. I ended up having to call customer service again in the morning. Still with no luck. They ended up just writing a notation in my file regarding the pick up and drop off time

Roy made me waste my time and money. I drove 35 miles to him and he did not check if the vehicle was working. He did not check if the car would start. When we reached he asked us to help him jump the car. After trying to jumpstart the car it did not start looks like he has a dead battery. My trip was ruined and I wasted my day. I would like my money back and be reimbursed for my miles. I got a $25 reimbursement but thats not going to cut it as i drove in total 70 miles in a v8 truck.
