Horrible person and horrible vehicle. Didn't get the key location and to open the car until the trip was already started. The interior was filthy, with stains, crumbs and food particles everywhere, front to back. We are in the middle of a pandemic, and the host truly didn't give a damn about that or decency of any kind, when it came to cleanliness of the vehicle. With my brother on his way to work, and me having no other transportation, even though I'm furious at this point, I have to drive the vehicle home, at least, because I have no other ride there. I get the key from it's location, crank up the vehicle and as I'm making a turn at the back of the cul de sac on her street, the axle or control arm seems to be hitting something underneath....metal on metal! I get my brother's attention and we pull over, he gets in the passenger seat and he gets to listen to it....now he's mad because he's deemed it unsafe and knows that I'm stuck with the car at least until morning, because he doesn't have time to drive me back and make it to work on time. This all transpired within 5 minutes from the pickup. When I reach out to the provider, he or she tells me that I'm the one who dirtied up the interior and that nothing is wrong with the vehicle, so maybe it was what I did. 🤔🤨 I allowed one more accusation before I cussed them the hell out. Never in my adult life have I been disrespected in such a way. I was treated like my $480 wasn't worth💩. No one would drive this car......no one on EARTH would pay money to drive this! I now have to wait 5-7 business days for any of my money, including a $150 deposit, to return to me. I had to drive their unsafe piece of 💩 back to their location, and had my brother double back and pick me up after working a 12-14 hour shift. Never....I REPEAT, NEVER RENT FROM THIS PROVIDER! HE/SHE SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO LIST THIS VEHICLE ON TURO! IF I COULD LIST THE PHOTOS OF THE FILTHY INTERIOR AND BROKEN BACK STOP LIGHT THAT WAS IN THE WINDOW, BELIEVE ME I WOULD! HORRIBLE, HATEFUL, LAZY ASS PROVIDER! UBER, LYFT, OR CATCH THE DART OR TRE....ANYTHING...JUST DON'T SPEND A DIME WITH THIS TROLL!

Car left front tire kept losing air every 5-7 hours, other than that it was a great car. Really great car to save $$ on gas , went 3 days without filling it up. Thank You Yan !
