Jenna was nice but overall, pretty inconsiderate of things on our end... without communicating/checking with us first, she messaged to tell us she had already changed her flight so she would be leaving 10 hours later than when we were originally supposed to get the car back... which, ordinarily would be okay but we had another renter lined up. But, because we knew she was up on the mountain and we weren’t hearing from her promptly, this caused a huge issue on our end as we felt we had no choice but to shuffle the other renter around. She then last minute switched her flight BACK to leaving early, which ultimately caused us to lose money on the renter we could have kept scheduled. She was appreciative of us being so accommodating but then still returned the car quite dirty, and with garbage in it. They also took the nice metal basket that we leave our renters goodies in... maybe a mistake, but we haven’t ever had an issue with this before— Not the easiest experience, but she seemed nice and hopefully in the future she will be a more considerate renter.
