Angela was very accommodating throughout the entire trip responded quickly to any questions and car was in excellent condition! Would definitely recommend for your visit in Maui.

Angela made things extremely easy. She communicated very clearly which made locating the car and dropping it off a very easy experience. She gave good recommendations about where to go and things to do. We would absolutely rent from her again. It is worth noting that as a family of 4 the trunk space was a bit tight for all of our luggage, stroller etc. In terms of vehicle size think of the cabin of a compact car with a little extra ground clearance of an SUV and the small amount of added storage of a hatch back.

It was an okay experience. I felt very stressed with need to continuously communicate back and forth while traveling for vacation. I didn’t expect additional pre-requisite to travel with getting vaccination and proof of negative covid when it is already required to enter Hawaii. I had those documents and had to upload. After we had turned in the car, she had requested to pay for “scratches, brakes and engines”. We didn’t bump into anything or had scratches. We were very careful. The check engine light came on day 2 and we snapped a picture. At that time the computer said all systems were okay. It subsequently came on and off. It said it was overdue for a service when we took the last photos. We were upset she rented out a car with low tire pressures and engine issues. I kept getting texts to pay for these. I would advise to be careful prior to renting cars from Turo. Our flight landed early due and I got charged extra for renting out the car by 45 mins.

Turo issued an official warning to guest & may ban her. Behavior was problematic. Did not follow Turo procedures & communication was extremely hard. Did not want to provide additional driver’s license & info through app. My car was in perfect condition when guest picked it up but she returned it with multiple warning lights on & filthy with sand. Guest never informed me or roadside assistance about the warning lights & could have caused serious damage to car 😡
