Trip started out great— BJ was very accommodating in our pickup time as our flight got delayed (we paid extra for the location). He did, however, leave the parking garage ticket for us to pay and the vehicle was dropped off so early we paid for two full days of parking in the garage. I messaged about this and got no response. Additionally the tank was not full when we picked it up. It was close, but probably 15-20 dollars short of being full and I have pictures to show it wasn’t. At the end of the trip I brought it up again in exchange for not having the vehicle vacuumed and washed and the conversation didn’t go anywhere near as planned. Whatever— not the end of the world. I had 3 passengers with me (I didn’t check the back floorboard as I thought they did and it was legitimately left full of crumbs from chips or something similar). Vehicle also had plenty of dirt/dust in it which I’m not naive about. It did not, however, have “gun grease all over the seats and floor” as it was claimed. We did not use nor do we even own gun grease nor was grease of any kind used all weekend by any of us anywhere let alone near the truck. Myself and each of my 3 passengers had 15k+ of gear with us and when we dropped off the vehicle we were accused of stealing a phone charging cable from the center console (we specifically dug in our bags to get a charging cable). Why anyone would steal a cable from a Turo vehicle is beyond me let alone people who are bringing this much gear with them. Just doesn’t make sense. We were also accused of breaking a strap in the bed of the truck which we tried to use when we picked up the vehicle, but could not as it was already broken. TLDR: Poor communication caused more issues than it should have and things escalated. Would be a perfectly good host under most circumstances. Great truck.

Great communication & the truck drove smooth for the road trip to Zion national park. Made the trip overall much better being in a nice cabin for the couple hour drives there and back.
