Terrible experience! A day before I booked this weeks in advance there was no communication with the host i had to call customer service to contact the host directly because I had no idea how I was supposed to pick up the vehicle. The host left it in an airport parking lot unlocked and sent photos of where to find the key. (Upon arrival of a trip I had to pay to take the car out of the parking lot, and she advises on how to start the car because the key fob doesn’t work at all) This car reeked of smoke marijuana and was filthy upon arrival. Breaks did not work, car needed a wheel alignment almost slid off the highway multiple times neither did the winshield wipers did not work. Paid extra fee for a car seat for my 5 year old daughter and was given a booster seat which was unsafe the entire trip. The bumper was hanging off and I asked the host her response was “I know about that.” I hope Turo takes action and removes this car from being used so that no one has this experience. Do not book!
