The guest booked a trip 30 minutes prior to arrival and was not able to accommodate the ride in time. Therefore, had to cancel last minute. The guest was notified as soon as possible. We aim to provide the best experience possible for our guests and will learn from this experience for future rides.

Jae was very communicative and responded in a timely manner, even when my trip went over he accommodated me and worked with me. He was very professional. The car is a beauty , definitely enjoyed the trip and I loved the radio it was super easy to connect to. I would definitely book this vehicle again in the future.
