I tried to contact them over for over 38 hours to change my drop off time an hour earlier do to my flight....I didn't get a response e even after doing the requestin the app and multiple messages....I finally did get them the day of my flight and told them I needed to change or I would miss my flight and I would let them know 45 minutes before I got there. They didn't show up until AFTER THE ORIGINAL TIME. I told them I was going to have to leave it in the garage, and not only DID I MISS MY FLIGHT, these people charged me the fee to park it in the garage. I rent at least 7 times a year from turo and have never had an experience like this. Really disappointed.

Both Host were very rude and disrespectful. First Day I spoke to her around the timing for delay in which she mentioned it was okay. Than when I arrived I attempted to rush to grab my gathering. Given that she was already rushing me and calling my phone. Secondly, when I mentioned to her that I was in the arrivals station she stated she was in the departures. Although, I was arriving to Florida. Than he attitude and disrespect was rude assuming I was going to smoke given my outer features. Than for return the app told us Orlando international was free which we clicked and then switch to her address. I explained to her that this occurred in which from there she told me I had to switch it to the airport, I explained to her I was not going to do that given it will charge me $70. Than the morning of the drop off. I received a message at 6am stating “ please be aware your drop off is at 2 and you have to drop it off at my location so you don’t be late. As well, it is 50 mins from mco airport. “. ( I was not responsible for the plane not getting there on time). This to me was the upmost worst experience I’ve had. DO NOT RECOMMEND CAR WAS BEAUTIFUL , BUT HOST THE ABSOLUTE WORSE

This customer is lying about everything We never was unrespecfull we her . We have very Good Reviews and Happy Customers. How this possible ? SHE IS THE ONLY CUSTOMERS HAVE Bad reviews. WE wait for her 1 hour for give the car with out any charges at the Airport. Now she is mad about Turo. But we call Turo.. and they said she book the return by wrong place. WE DON'T UNDERSTAND
