This was my first time renting a vehicle other than through a major rental company. The process was so simple and it made it very easy to rent this brand new top of the line (exotic) Jeep that I doubt any major rental company even has available. Frenz was friendly, professional, and he responded to my questions quickly through the Turo App. It was like having a personal customer service representative. I would definitely rent with him again and use this service in the future.
