This is a racist establishment MIKE called me a black bitch and a sissy after accusing me of smoking and damaging the car. Lucky for me I had pics of everything before the trip. Claims the car has never been driven yet it has a cracked windshield a replacement bumper and marks on the side. I was actually just renewing and getting a oil change. Because of this racist now I will miss my brothers funeral because of the holiday. He was just looking for the next black man to pin something on. Trust me it will go smoothly until check out then they will try to flip on you!!!! DONT GO HERE!

Unfortunately, we are a business that does have rules regarding the care of our rentals. We cannot allow smoking or excess dirt in our vehicles, hence why we were unable to re-rent you the car. We have a diverse team, of all nationalities at our business. As well as a broad clientele, and you're the only person to ever complain of racism from our staff. We're sorry that you feel this way.
