Host is excellent - on time and accommodating, friendly and responsive! New brakes generate rumbling sound if driven on the highway. Host was immediately available to ans Qs and assured us car is safe..Likely just the brake pad needing more breaking in after the replacement. Host says will have it rechecked again to ensure a more comfortable ride for highway driving. Car smells good and has built in gps and phone chargers and a large phone holder. No key needed for the gas chamber - just press the thing to open.
