Hard to work with. Late at responding. Got charged a late fee because she didn’t respond till after the car was due. Late to the airport

Thank you for renting my car. I tried to be accommodating but it’s hard when you scratch my car and refuse to pay for the damages. You also brought the car back without a full tank of gas and came 3 hours late with the goal of not paying extra. I told you multiple times to extend on the app and you said “I don’t want to pay”. Have a good day.
