Rental of Molly’s Honda Pilot was stupendous. The car was well kept and maintained. Molly had great communication with us and the vehicle was everything we needed for our road trip. The soft luggage cover was also very handy and large enough to fit 1 large suitcase, 2 smaller suitcases and a duffel bag with some space to spare. Overall a great experience and I would rent again when needed!

This was my first time using Turo and I was grateful for the service as it was around $400 cheaper that what a rental car for the same amount of time would have cost. The host Molly was a great host, we were able to have the car dropped off and return it to the Columbus airport which was very convenient. The car was in good working order. My only complaint is that Molly tries to charge a cleaning fee that goes against Turo’s policy. Toru’s website states that you are only responsible for cleaning the car if it is moderately, severely or heavily dirty. I read through the article on Turo’s website the day before returning the car and vacuumed it out. A few hours after returning the car I received an invoice from Molly for a cleaning fee. After messaging back and fourth with Molly and pointing out to her that her personal cleaning policy differed from that which they outline on Turo’s website she escalated it to Turo support. Turo decided I was not responsible for the cleaning fee. If you choose to book with Molly just beware that she will most likely try to charge you this fee as well as other reviewers have mentioned it as well. All this to be said I would absolutely rent from Molly again as the process was very smooth, she is accommodating and the vehicle was exactly what we needed for the time spent in Ohio. Thank you Molly!

Thank you for your feedback as that is how we can improve our process. After clarification of Turos cleaning policy we have made adjustments to address this issue for our future rentals to eliminate any issues around that matter. By know means are we seeking additional revenue from cleaning. However, bringing back the car back in the same condition that is was found allows us to continue to provide an awesome experience for our guest. You were a fantastic guest and a pleasure to work with:)

Molly was great. I did delivery and my flight came a bit early and she was there. Seems really chill. Oh and the car….I made any excuse possible to drive. This was my time renting a car and it was a great experience.
