Ryan was a great host. He showed me the car and it was very clean upon pick up. I wanted to try out the Tesla S before I considered buying a similar model year used one. It's an amazing car and really fun to drive, and Ryan was flexible about the drop off time. Good experience all around.

Everything went really well. I had the car for a day and a half. He even dropped it off and picked it up since I was close. So why the 1 star? He hit me with a claim; stated something was wrong with the rear axle and it was my fault. I stated I barely drove it, and he confirmed that because of the cars GPS. Now I'm fighting to prove I didn't cause rear axle damage. There was no accident of any kind and he couldn't point to even the tiniest damage. Honestly hurt and confused, because he seemed like a stand up guy.

Ella, thanks for the review. Because I delivered and picked up the vehicle (for free) I know that the rear shock problem occurred during your trip but you should not be charged. I wrote this to turo claims: "The car is back from the shop. It required new shock mounts and shocks. There was nothing in the diagnostics they did to indicate the actual cause of the damage, so I don't know that we can pinpoint it on the most recent trip." You should not be charged for anything. Let me know if you were
