Drew is sooo good to work with. My flight was delayed, causing me to be late for my pickup time. He was completely understanding and cool. The Jeep is awesome!

Drew's response

Thanks dude!

It was nice to find a Jeep for Zion. The Jeep was clean drove nice. There was a check engine light on when we picked it up. Drew was aware of it, he said it was tire pressure sensor?! However it did make me nervous for a few things, when you’re in Zion you kind of feel like getting help in a National park May be weird or not so possible and very miserable. Breaking down anywhere isn’t ideal. This isn’t my vehicle, I don’t know how much to trust it I don’t know what I’d get blamed for but I thought about it every single time I drove somewhere. Pick & choose your battles wisely he lives $30-40 away on a Uber. Uber was cheaper Lyft was $42 and it’s also 25 min away from the airport. - Still cheaper than the service of him dropping it off at the airport I believe it was $150 option. Glad we ended up doing Uber overall. It would be nice if Drew taught you how to take the tops off or somehow made you feel a little more comfortable so both parties were comfortable with taking the tops off as that’s one of the reasons why we got the Jeep to take the top off. The ad says you can take off the top for additional cost but once you get inside Drew’s VERY TIGHT rules he left on the dash say ‘absolutely no taking the top off’. No off roading, or mudding is understandable. (We didn’t want to do that) but the Jeep turns into a very regular SUV at that point. We respected the rules of course but really the two freedom panels are so harmless and don’t require additional tools. A quick lesson, or directions would be nice for those to want to utilize what the Jeep has to offer. We both made the comment of renting a convertible from Enterprise may have been more enjoyable, so keep that in mind as well. Maybe I’m not like most people but my intention was never to mess the Jeep up. I was on edge the whole time I had it because Drew’s rules and reminders about the rules made me very on edge for a service we paid good money ($100 average a day) for I felt like I couldn’t fully enjoy myself. Of course we cleaned it we washed it gave back perfect. We were there on time to return the Jeep and had no idea where to leave as the address has many parking spots. We actually had to reference old photos of the Jeep when first picked it up because I couldn’t get ahold of him at first. (He has great communication beside that) for how many rules and regulations reminders he has I was surprised he somehow forgot to tell us what and where we could park it when we dropped it off. I didn’t want it to get towed or be in the wrong spot get a ticket and be something else I had to pay for. (See how I was on edge something so simple) At the end of the day we had a great time! The Jeep was good on gas, we didn’t drive it much took it to our hotel/camping area went to Zion. Came back. I was glad it had a phone charger and Aux cord in it. Really, I think Drew needs to let up a little on reminding me and future people who are paying pretty decent money for a service. People taking your things are grateful you have them on a platform like this. We get it’s your personal vehicle. You/Turo have our credit card at the end of the day and if we have a accident or slip up. We are responsible for it. Im sure Turo provides insurance to cover your end too. We appreciate you for putting your Jeep on Turo. I would consider renting again, now after rapport built, that he could trust me.
