To keep the cars in good running condition we ask you to take time to read the rules and description for the car you desire to rent. Although we are not perfect, perfection is what we strive for. The cars are exceptionally maintained so that they are in great working condition for all of you. We ask you to please be respectful of the cars, obey all traffic laws at all times, avoid driving directly behind semi trucks, trucks or big SUVs to avoid flying rocks chipping the windshield (happens very often in Utah) and keep the vehicle safe so that we can have such amazing platform like Turo going.

This was a very disappointing and unprofessional rental. Let me explain. 1. Pickup in the economy lot is not convenient. I had several pieces of luggage and had to get on the bus. Once I got to the lot in 90 degree heat I had to search for the car as the lot does not have numbered spaces. It turns out I walked in the wrong direction at first as I was sweating buckets. 2. The tire-pressure monitoring system light was on on the dash. I was informed about this late and was told the part wasn’t available. Turo cars should not be in service lights illuminated on the dash. 3. The car had a very uncomfortable, loud and disappointing ride. I rented the ultimate driving machine and the experience was nothing like that. At one point my son said he “hated” getting in the car. When I asked about the excessive noise and vibration, I was told that the snow tires were still on. This for a rental that was originally supposed to start in July and ended in August. Unacceptable. 4. I was disappointed to see trash and a used face mask in the car. My assumption was that the car would be carefully cleaned in light of Covid-19, but that definitely didn’t appear to be the case. And yet, I paid for a post rental cleaning. Essentially, I got a dirty car and he got a clean one. That’s backwards. I finally decided to turn the car in early. There is no use continuing a 9 day rental when everything was so sub par. But although I well within the mileage limit for the rental, he claims I owe more money as the rental period was now going to be 5 days, instead of 9, and I was over based on that new rental period. Honestly, I am the one who should be getting a refund. I have never heard of someone having snow tires on their car in the summer (and I grew up in Syracuse). It boggles my mind that I haven’t received a full refund. And to add insult to injury, 5 minutes after dropping off the car I noticed I left my Apple phone charging cable plugged in. I messaged Joresth to explain this but heard nothing. I quickly made my way back to the car and it was gone. And I never received acknowledgement about my message that the charging cable was in there. Terrible in so many ways. All of my Turo rentals have been very professional until now. This felt more like a college friend changing you to use his car.

We do not have control over how close airport parking is, how much luggage you choose to bring, how hot or cold the weather is or which way you walk or what you forget. We provided detailed picked up instructions. 2. Tire pressure sensor for 1 tire had ran out of battery. Fixed. Nothing to do with performance. 3.That’s common with any snow tires. 4.Pictures show otherwise. Pristine clean. Over milage is charged; you went over miles. We offered to mail your cable. Dishonesty is not appreciated.

Great communication, awesome car. Would 100% book again. This was my first time driving a Subaru and I'm looking forward to my next after this trip. Cannot recommend enough. Skip enterprise, rent here.

I’ve rented from JB five times now. Every trip has been flawless. The vehicles run great, are clean and in good continuity. The pickup and drop off are so easy and he is so great to work with.
