Car broke down 5 minutes into my trip, the gearbox broke, it had allready been in an accident before I took it,

It was unfortunate that the clutch had gone on your trip, especially due to the vehicle being serviced so recently, but I can now confirm after picking the car from the mechanic that it was not a gearbox fault but rather the clutch had been burnt out. Again I understand this is not your fault and rather the effect of many different hirers using the car but this has now been repaired to the highest standard and is ready to be hired again. Sorry for the inconvenience.
