Car was okay, car owner should work on his communication skills. Texted me yesterday that he would not able to pick up a car at 2, instead he would pick it up at 5. Today he texted me at 1pm that he would come not later than 3 and by default he assumed I would just cancel all my plans for today and came to my place at 3. Didnt call me to confirm, nothing, just appeared in front of my condo building and called me asking where I was and then he started arguing with me. I didnt like his agressive tone, like I owe him something, thats not how the business is done. If u need to make changes to previously agreed schedule, give a call to that person and confirm the changes. The same way you could send a pigeon with your message. Robbed me, took 20 CAD for a car cleaning. First experience with Turo, I should probably go back to Enterprise or Hertz. Turo is overrated garbage, you got charged for cleaning a car, you got to pay or collect a car from only god knows where place. Actually costs you more money and trouble.

Thanks Marlen, and sorry about the communication misunderstanding! I texted today that I would pick up the car by 3pm but got no response and assumed you're OK with that, a simple text back to say that would not work for you would have been ok. Also, the car was not washed and there were alcohol stains on the dash and some stains on the seat, I gave you the option to choose whether to go wash nearby, or purchase washing add-on in app, or pay cash and you chose to pay cash. So I did not Rob you!

Car was perfect for our ski trip pickup and return were very convenient. His communication was fast. I would reccomended prepaying for cleaning as he does not provide winter floor mats.
