This was by far my worst turo experience, the host would not respond when I got there, and had me standing out in the rain. After ringing the doorbell, made me wait an additional 15 minutes before coming out to tell me that they forgot i was picking up. Had to wait another 30 minutes for them to clear the car out, all in the rain and never once an apology. Upon return, looked the car over for 30 mins trying to find something wrong with the car, and complained that i was an hour late despite them making me wait an hour when i picked up. Then tried to bill me $26 for dirty mats afterwards. Bypass this car at all costs

Olatunde never had you standing in the rain and you told me you were cleaning the car after returning it over an hour late which you did not

great car. actually seats 7 people. there was some confusion with pickup location. but overall great experience.

Sorry about that David, the app hasnt updated new location pick up but will get it fixed, next ride will be discounted for the inconvenience! Happy New Year!
