Wow, the car that is past due for maintenance for about 4000 km is listed here, the warning light appears on the dashboard. Also wheel alignment must be done asap. The host never even bothered to appear , neither for pick up not for drop off. Then 3 days later I got reimbursement for 'lack of fuel' , which was a lie, I filled it up right before dropping off and took a photo of it, i also got a receipt. Then I was accused of leaving a 'mark' on the back seat that I never even used. Also for the mark after a coffee cup. Seriously, someone has a nerve to write that after providing the car where cleanliness is an issue. Really disappointing after all.

The interior of the vehicle was detailed prior to your pick up for $110. Which means it was cleaned throughly through each crevice. You had left a “marker” line on back seat of some sort and the mug holders had food or something stuck in it. The gas , as i had explained to you upon starting the vehicle was 7/8. I am unsure if you filled it up further away or what but it was 7/8 on our end when started. Renting a car and leaving it like this is unacceptable.

Renting Artie's car was great! Nice and easy pickup and dropoff, great communication, and she was also flexible with the pickup schedule. I highly recommend renting a vehicle from Artie!!
