Great car, great price. Kevin's communication was very responsive. I would recommend not picking up/dropping off the car in the evening or by yourself, it's parked in a fairly secluded area.

Smooth sailing - vehicle, etc. as expected. Easy- peasy. We needed to extend the rental by one day and it was not a problem.

Katherine-Ann was great! Very professional, smooth and easy to do business with. And she was very thorough. She even left cash for me in case my flight was delayed because the spotless Honda HRV was waiting for me in hourly parking. The only small thing was that the air conditioning in the vehicle only worked for less than 1/3 of the trip . So obviously, she didn’t know about that until I I returned the car. Luckily it wasn’t hot yet and all was good. I would definitely rent that vehicle or another from her and I highly recommend Katherine-Ann and her .5 star service!

Warren is the gold standard. I had to rent a car very last minute but he bent over backwards to get the car to me ASAP, even calling Turo at 11 PM to get my pick up time moved up. He gave very clear instructions, and was attentive and available. Highly recommend!
