    Hi! Welcome to the Turo family. I highly recommend you look over the 'Specific terms for guests' in the Terms of Service section.   • 2. What happens after you confirm my booking dates?

    Once your booking dates are confirmed, I will give you a rundown on what to expect on your first booking date before the vehicle is released to you.

  • 3. Where do I upload my license for you to verify?

    Please upload a photo of the front&back of your license along with a selfie of you holding your license to the 'Trip Photos' section.

  • 4. What happens if I am late dropping off the vehicle?

    If this is a contact less drop off and you are late, the parking garage may not allow you to enter because you miss your entrance time. If this happens we will have to coordinate a different drop-off location and a fee may occur. As always please keep in contact with us so we can be aware.

  • 5. I need roadside assistance, who do I contact first, host or Turo?

    If you need roadside assistance please first contact Turo at 1-415-965-4525 and a representative will assist you. Additionally, please send us a message informing us of the situation.

  • 6. What's the steps on reporting a accident?

    Immediately call 911 and wait for the police officers. During this time please call Turo and a representative will guide you on the process of reporting the incident. Please also inform us of the situation as well.

Cherie’s 2011 Chevy Cruze was clean and drove great. Remote pickup in the RDU short term parking lot was super easy and I was able to leave the airport about 10 minutes after landing. I will definitely book this car again.

Our first experience renting through turo and now we’re sold. It was an easy and seamless process and all our messages were quickly responded to. The car was clean and in great shape. Everything was laid out from the beginning so there were no surprises. Cherie even had two gift bags in the car for us which we thought was such a nice gesture! Would definitely use turo again and surely rent a vehicle from Cherie again as well.
