I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE PURPOSE OF YOUR RENTAL AND THE INTENDED USE OF THIS BMW. Upon booking this vehicle, you consent to restrict your travel within the following states: Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York and New Jersey, unless otherwise negotiated and approved prior to your rental. Be aware that any violation of this will result in the cancellation of your reservation. The car will be delivered to you with a full tank of PREMIUM grade (93) gas, so please return it with the same fuel level and leave the receipt for the gas purchase in the cup holders at the front of the car. If you do not return the car with a full tank of gas, you will be billed for the missing fuel plus a refueling fee ($10). If you want peace of mind, you can purchase the $49 prepaid refuel extra and not have to worry about refueling the vehicle. The car will be ready/delivered in a clean state (fully detailed and every interior surface wiped down with Lysol wipes) and should be returned with it's interior relatively clean (no trash and such), or you will be charged a detailing fee of $150. Please, do not take the car through an automatic car wash; this car is HAND-WASH ONLY!!! Please note that this is a NON-SMOKING vehicle. Any evidence of smoking, such as smells, ashes or burn marks on the upholstery, will result in a $300 fine to cover deep-cleaning and applicable repair fees. Tolls will be billed to you after your trip (within 7-14 days). If the BMW keys are lost/misplaced, there will be a fee of $650 to replace them, which includes the cost of the key and programming. The car might need to be towed to be programmed and this cost will be the responsibility of the guest. Things happen that are out of our control BUT please be careful while driving: *In case of an accident during your trip, inform me immediately. Take pictures to document the incident and do not worry; this is what insurance is for! *With any other damage, such as damage to the tires, wheels, body, windows/glass, engine; basically, anything interior and exterior, you’ll be charged the cost to repair that damage after your trip. Also, please ensure prompt payment of your parking tickets to avoid being billed additional fees. Lastly, please note that this BMW is equipped with a security device that collects driving data. This information will be shared with third parties for vehicle recovery and/or insurance purposes. You consent to the use of this device by booking this BMW. Tampering with this security device will result in a $50 fine billed as an "Incidental Charge/Ticket". Finally, don't forget to leave a 5-star review at the end of your trip. Enjoy 😊
