Rental guidelines 🚫No smoking 🚫No drifting 🚫No reckless driving ‼️Kindly ensure that all trash is removed from the vehicle before returning it. Renters are responsible for any parking violations, tolls, or parking fees incurred during the rental period. Any such charges will be billed directly to the renter.

• Vehicle pickup and drop off instructions

  VEHICLE PICKUP: 5-10 minutes prior to your reservation start time, I will park the vehicle and will let you know once it's ready to be picked up. There will be a lockbox hanging on the vehicle's door handle with the keys locked inside of it. TO OBTAIN THE LOCKBOX CODE: Please take a selfie picture with the vehicle license plate on the rear and send me the through Turo app so I may verify you as the person picking up the vehicle and provide you the lockbox code. (Please note the vehicle can only be picked up by the primary authorized driver on the reservation.) TO REMOVE THE LOCKBOX FROM THE CAR: To remove the door handle, simply enter the combination, open the box then press the black button located on the top of the box. This would release the box from the shackle. VEHICLE RETURN: Please kindly send me a message when you are in route to drop off the vehicle so I may coordinate to pick up the vehicle shortly after. * Park the vehicle back at the same pickup location. * Place the vehicle keys back inside the lock box with the lockbox hanging on the door handle, again (use the same lockbox code that was provided). * Please ensure the lockbox is locked and the keys are secured back in place with the vehicle's doors locked. * Finally complete the checkout process within the Turo app. Checkout can be started up to one hour before your booking ends. If you wish to return the vehicle later or earlier, please modify the booking return time so you will be able to properly checkout when it’s time to do so.
