Please note that due to the weekly street sweeping schedule, the vehicle may not always be parked at the precise address indicated during booking. However, it will be within the same block. YOU MUST TAKE ANOTHER STEP before I can release the vehicle to you - 24 hours before your trip begins, the Turo app will prompt you to upload your driver's license. Please complete this step as soon at you are able so that there's time to resolve any issues that may arise during the ID verification. Upon successful identity verification, you'll receive a message containing a link that activates one hour prior to the start of your trip. The link will allow you access to the exact parking address and the access code for the vehicle and its key. Please use the address of 1001 N Orange Grove Ave, West Hollywood for your pickup planning, as it will be in close proximity to the actual pickup location. Please follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both you and the vehicle owner. VEHICLE CHECK-IN & PICKUP: Upon reservation confirmation, you will receive an automated acknowledgment message briefly describing the timeline leading up to the start of your reservation. This is an automated message that explains what further steps are needed from you whether your reservation starts today or three months from now, most importantly, it informs you the Turo App will need you to verify your identity 24 hours prior to the start of your reservation. It is important you complete the ID verification as soon as you are prompted by the Turo App to help avoid any delays - do not wait until you are on your way to pick up the vehicle or you will be very disappointed. Once verified, you will receive a message in the app with a link that will provide you the precise location of the vehicle and enable vehicle access via your phone. While you will receive the message containing the link upon completion of your ID verification, the link will only become active one hour prior to the start of your reservation. COMMUNICATION & COORDINATION: Communicate promptly and clearly regarding your booking, pick-up, and drop-off arrangements. After making your booking, be sure to check the Turo app periodically for important messages from Turo or your Host. Respond to Turo's request for ID verification documents as soon as it is requested (24 hours prior to the start of your reservation). Respect the agreed-upon times to ensure a seamless transition for all parties involved. ADDITIONAL DRIVERS: You can easily add any extra drivers through the Turo app at no added cost. The primary driver must be present for vehicle pick-up and drop-off. RESERVATION EXTENSIONS / LATE RETURNS: If you need more time, extending your rental is simple through the Turo app. Do this before the last hour of your rental as extension options may be limited near the end of your booking. Extending your trip is always less costly than returning the car late. No matter the reason for the late return, please reach out to your host to provide them with your best arrival time estimate. This will not make your late return less costly, but it allows the Host to communicate with the next guest and best mitigate the impacts of the late return. VEHICLE CARE & USAGE: Treat the vehicle with care and keep it clean throughout your rental period. Adhere to any mileage limits or restrictions and report mileage accurately. Follow any specific instructions from the owner regarding the use of the vehicle. MILEAGE & FUEL POLICY: Understand the mileage terms and refuel the vehicle to the same level as when you picked it up, unless you opt for the Refueling Extra at booking, which allows you to return the car at any fuel level. NOTE: The 2015 FIAT 500 requires premium gasoline for optimal performance. It is recommended Guests retain their refueling receipts for proof of compliance with Turo's Terms of Service. NO SMOKING OR PETS POLICY: Strictly no smoking, vaping, or pets in the vehicle to ensure it remains fresh and clean for everyone. Violations will be reported to Turo and will incur additional cleaning fees. Future hosts will be notified of these previous violations as well. SAFE & RESPONSIBLE DRIVING Drive responsibly, adhere to traffic laws, and wear seat belts at all times. Avoid reckless behavior that could damage the vehicle or compromise safety. Many hosts receive notifications if their vehicles are driven at excessive speeds over posted limits. REPORTING INCIDENTS, DAMAGE & CLEANLINESS: Promptly report any accidents, damage, or mechanical issues. Document any pre-existing damage before starting your trip to avoid disputes. Return the vehicle in the same clean condition to avoid any cleaning fees. By adhering to these guidelines, you help maintain the quality of the vehicle and ensure a positive rental experience. Is smoking permitted in the car?
* No.. Turo has a strict policy prohibiting guests (and hosts) from smoking in any vehicle listed on Turo. This policy covers the use of, but is not limited to, any tobacco or tobacco-related products, marijuana or marijuana substitutes, e-cigarettes, or personal vaporizers. If smoking occurs, it will be reported to Turo. Turo may charge in excess of $250 for violating this policy. What happens if I get a ticket on my trip?

Do I need to fill the gas tank before returning the vehicle?

Can I use the FasTrak Flex pass in the vehicle to save money on the Expressways and Toll Roads?
* Yes, but first make sure the FasTrak Flex device is set to the correct number of passengers (either 1, 2, or 3) by sliding the switch on the device to the appropriate number. Can I bring my pet along with me in the vehicle?
I do not allow pets inside my vehicles. Accommodating pets almost always requires additional time & effort to thoroughly clean & remove pet-related odors or fur following a rental. I also must be considerate of customers who may have allergies or sensitivities to animals. By keeping the vehicle pet-free, the risk of triggering allergic reactions is reduced, providing a more comfortable environment for everyone. The good news is that there are several "pet friendly" vehicles with hosts who do accommodate pet travel. You can find these vehicles by filtering your search to find & book a vehicle labeled “pet friendly.” Service or assistance animals, defined by law, are allowed in all my vehicles listed on the platform, but pets, including animals whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support, don’t qualify as service or assistance animals. Great car to drive around LA. Convenient pick-up location, good sized car for parking and getting around the city. Josh was also a very responsive and helpful host. He was always available regarding any questions with the car and I would absolutely recommend him as a Turo host.
