Guidelines

We include USB iPhone charger at no additional cost to you through the duration of your trip. We understand that accidents happen and that these items may be damaged. If this happens please let us know so that we can work something out. **Cleaning and Fuel** Save yourself some time and choose the prepaid fuel ($35) and post-trip cleaning ($45) options before you checkout. We ask that you bring the vehicle back how you received it, clean and with the same amount of gas that was given to you. An additional fee for cleaning ($50) and fuel ($40) will be added by not adhering to this guideline. **Running Late** If you need to extend your booking or are running late to return the vehicle please let me know ahead of time. I am not able to extend your booking once your rental time is over and you will be charged a late fee. Please message me ahead of time so that we can figure it out. **Pets** No pets allowed in the vehicle at any time unless it is a certified service animal. An additional fee of $150 will be charged if any traces of pets are found in the vehicle. **No Smoking** There is no form smoking allowed in the vehicle, no exceptions. An additional fee of $150 will be charged if any traces of smoking are evident. Please note additional charges may apply. I ask that you please be respectful to myself and guests that may come after you. **Toll charges/citations/tickets** Guests are responsible for any toll charges/citations/tickets received during their booking. Payment instructions Below is a list of instructions to follow for paying a ticket or toll: 1. Notify your host that you received a ticket/toll during your trip. 2. As long as the ticket isn’t a moving violation or photo ticket, pay the full cost immediately. If it’s a moving violation or photo ticket, see the section below. 3. Notify us that you’re going to pay the fine/fee. As long as you follow through and do so, we won’t charge you a payment processing fee later. 4. If it’s a toll for an all-electronic tollway that did not offer you no way to pay manually, you have two options. You can either reimburse your host directly or notify customer support to add the toll cost to the cost of your trip. 5. If you don’t pay the ticket/toll and the host receives a notice for payment in the mail, they may request reimbursement from you. You may be responsible for any late payment fees included on the ticket/toll if you could have paid the ticket/toll when it was issued and you didn’t. 6. Once you receive the reimbursement request, you have 72 hours to accept or dispute it. 7. If you do neither, we’ll automatically charge your payment method on file. **Each transportation authority has a different billing cycle. That means hosts may not receive notice of a ticket or toll until long after your trip has ended. As long as they have proof of the ticket or toll, they can request reimbursement from you. ****By renting this vehicle you are agreeing to all of the guidelines above.
