Important Things To Note There is more than one tracker on this vehicle. If accidentally removed, please plug it back in and report this to your host. If applicable, there will be a fine for lost/stolen/damaged vehicle trackers. If the guest does not return the vehicle at the end of the rental period, it will be considered to be unauthorized. The vehicle will then be reported stolen to the authorities. In the case we have to repossess the vehicle from the guest, the guest will have 72 hours to pick up any personal belongings.

Nice little car for getting around town. It was -33 with the windchill so we were thrilled to have heated seats! Car was nicely parked close to the airport for easy access. Great communication with host.

The car was fine but a pillow, which I had, was necessary to see over the dash (I am 5’2”).
I would very much like to send you a copy of all the messages I got from the owner, Charley, before I picked up the car. The instructions told me it was in Cleveland smart parking garage, which is great. And that was all.
I am from Florida, and it was about 25° blowing wind and snow and I walked around for an hour and a half to find the car, because he did not tell me where it was.
I finally found out from him where he said it was, and still needed a security guard to take me to the car and get me into it, because the lock box was frozen.
I have used Turo and my husband has used Turo under a different surname which is his, at least a half a dozen times and we have recommended you all many more times. Had this been my first opportunity to use you I would never have used you again, the experience was that bad. It was totally inappropriate and wrong. Renting a car in Cleveland in December with no Snowbrush and saying sorry it’s inconvenient, but I’ll refund you, when I’m out in the snow belt in the country and it’s at least a half a mile to a small store that might or might not have one, is absolutely unacceptable and as a business owner I am shocked.
And joining Turo in March 2024 in Cleveland, OH where snow comes even into April…December???
