However, Turo's policy is for the guest to return the vehicle in the same condition as it was received. (Cleanliness and Fuel level.) Unless you paid for the Add on Extra on fuel or cleanliness. Kenny was super helpful from the start of my trip to the end. I needed to change the drop off time due to traffic and he had no problem accepting it. The car was perfect for me to get to where I needed to go and back. Could be maintained a little better but overall great experience. Customer service is always important and he made sure he was helpful.
