This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a car rental service. they were so helpful through out the whole time, answering questions and providing solutions every step of the way. they always were available, never once did I have to wait for a reply. I would recommend anyone wanting to rent a car that this is better than all your big car rental companies and the price is much more affordable. With this rental service you really only pay for what you need without any added cost or hidden fees. This is by far, a better way to do business . The iconic BMW M3 is an immense machine This one has straight pipes, meaning it is ridiculously loud which means it’s super fun. It also has a convertible hard top, meaning with the top down you can hear even more of the beautiful exhaust note The ride is supple as you would expect from a BMW, yet the handling is super balanced and neutral. The engine loves to rev and sounds excellent doing so The manual transmission and clutch are buttery smooth to operate. This car is in great mechanical shape. This is my second time renting from Yuanliuhui and I would not hesitate to rent again
Awesome experience, I rented the car last minute and Ernest / Cristian were able to accommodate and make it ready within an hour, pick up and drop off were seamless, enjoyed the convertible for the weekend, not a single problem. Highly recommend and will consider them again!

Herbert is very polite and made sure my first time rental went smoothly. He wrote up a very detailed guide on picking up and dropping off the car and what's to be done before and after pickup. Pick and drop off was super easy and contactless. Car was clean, drove well, and the gas mileage is very good. I drove from City of Industry to Burbank, then to Knotts Berry Farm round trip. Filled up the car with $19. No cigarette smell whatsoever! These cars are kept clean and sanitary. If you have any questions, message or call Herbert and he will respond very quick. Looking forward to doing business again in the future.

Pickup and dropoff were super easy. Had no issues with the car. Enjoyed driving up the PCH with the top down. Only recommendation we have is to have more air fresheners. Older vehicles have that musty smell. We would definitely use Ernest's Turo rentals again. Cheers!

This was my first time renting with Turo and I have to say it was overall a great experience with Herbert. I admit I struggled a lil starting the trip bc I was running late to work so give yourself some time to be able to go over the start process which is pretty straight forward. I’m just a goof. After that, everything was easy!! My commute to and from work for 4 days was a cinch!

Used Herbert’s Prius for a week-long getaway and couldn’t have asked for a better car. Although the vehicle itself is a bit old with high mileage, we felt nothing but happy and safe driving it for such a long distance. We definitely saved money on gas. The only issues we had were the haziness of reading the odometer and gas fuel, and how the lights in/out of the car were dim. Other than that, for the most part the car seemed well maintained being a 2006 Toyota Prius.

Had a great time driving with the top down in Leo’s Porsche! Everything worked great, interior/exterior could’ve used a little vacuum/car wash but other than that I had a great experience. Super friendly host and would recommend to anyone who’s interested. Great value for the money as well.

The car - Super value! Great car in terms of turning and curving as you can expected from a Porsche. The host - very prompt response // I booked the car starting 10pm yet I was given the option to pick up hours before, which is super nice // the daily limit of mileage is 200 mi; I drove for 230+ and she promised to waive the excessive mileage, what a nice host!

Stan’s Cayman is in immaculate condition and was a fantastic driving experience. The car has a good range of features, precision handling and was fast but very comfortable. The tires were also in very good condition. Stan is a great guy to rent from and definitely recommend him! I am looking forward to the next time I get in a Porsche.
